 You can use Convenience store settlement service.

【 Cash On Delivery 】

 We use JP post cash on delivery service.
【 Bank Transfer 】

 We will deliver it after confirming product purchase.
 Please transfer the total price to the bank account stated in the mail.

【 Shipping method 】

We use the international postal Express Mail Service (EMS) via the Japan Post Service.
EMS is a top speed international mail service that delivers to over 120 countries and
territories worldwide.
EMS has a both a tracking system and an insurance system (in case of loss or damage
up to 200.000 yen).
With this service, delivery usually takes about 4 to 6 days to Europe and North America.

You can track your parcel on the EMS website using the tracking number that we will
inform you of at the time of shipment.
【 Shipping cost 】

Up to 500g - 2,000yen

·     The international shipping fee is Free for purchases over 20,000yen.


For Domestic Customers (Japanese address)
【 ゆうパック】(JP Post)

The shipping fee is 500 yen for each domestic delivery.
 We will ship within 1 to 5 business days.

The cash on delivery commission is 280 yen per delivery.


The shipping fee is 840 yen for each domestic delivery.
 We will ship within 1 to 5 business days.

【ゆうパケット】(Post posting)

The shipping fee is 200 yen for each domestic delivery.
 Yu-Pack compatible products only.

Free shipping for purchases over 20,000 yen.

We have resizing service for who purchased gold or silver ring in our shop.

【 Flow Of Delivery 】

  Delivery period will be about 3 weeks including shipping from purchase.

   ※Depending on some designs, changing the size may be denied.

We DO NOT accept returns and exchanges for International order.

In case where your item is damaged during shipping, please e-mail us within 5 days and
immediately file a damage report at your local post office. Once the post office files
a damage report, they will ship your item back to Japan at no charge. After we receive
the damaged item and damage report, we will refund the full amount of the item, including
all shipping charges.

In cases where the item delivered is not what you ordered, notify us within 5 days of
arrival and ship it back to The Post office Shop within 7 days of notifying us.
We can not deal with items that are not claimed within the assigned period.
Please verify all items upon delivery. If you should have any further questions,
please email us.


Please contact us if there is a problem while using products purchased at our shop.
Your Jewellery will be repaired by Japanese specialist.

For missing parts and stones, we will looking for similar age and atmosphere
as much as possible.

Maintenance Method At Home

Briefly introducing the maintenance method of various kinds of jewelry and accessories
for long lasting use.

Gold products (jewelry · color stone)

Please daily care with a fine cloth like microfiber.
If you are concerned about dirt,

1: Put a few minutes on warm water,
  Use a soft toothbrush putting neutral detergent,
   carefully polish stones and bare metal to every corner.   

2: Rinse thoroughly with clean warm water.

3: Take water with tissue paper and dry it with a soft cloth.

※ Do not wash jewelry using pearls

※Avoid keeping colored stone in direct sunlight for long time.

Pearl products

 The main component of pearl is calcium carbonate. It is characterized by acid, heat and water.
 If you leave it with sweat or dust, it will lose its luster, causing discoloration and other problems.
 Also, we are also vulnerable to cosmetic products and hair styling agents, so please wear pearls after makeup  has finished.
 Please drop the sweat and dirt well before use, after use. Please wipe frequently ...
 And is the best maintenance.

※Please remove the pearl product for cooking, washing, when bathing or leisure at the waterfront.
 We also recommend wearing after makeup to minimize the influence of cosmetics.

Costumed Jewellery

 Use a soft cloth for daily care
 Clean with a neutral detergent on a soft toothbrush especially if you are concerned about dirt.
 Dry it carefully before storing.

Silver products

 Silver may darken due to periods of not using or hot spring ingredients, etc.
 But you can drop it easily by using a commercially available silver polish.
 Please use a soft cloth such as microfiber so as not to damage the bare metal.
